Package Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum of two nights stay with two persons in a room.
  • Booking period from now until 20 September 2024, valid for stays between 1 May to 30 September 2024.
  • Third person sharing rate applicable at JPY14,520 per night.
  • White-water rafting booking must be made 3 days prior to arrival.
  • Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and this payment is non-refundable with a minimum of 14 days’ cancellation notice prior to arrival date.
  • Offer is subject to availability, is not applicable for groups and cannot be combined with any other offers. Black-out dates apply.
  • Rates are nett inclusive 10% sales tax.
  • An Onsen Tax of JPY150 will be levied on per person for every night of stay. These fees are to be paid separately upon check-out.
